MSSF Scholarships and Awards

SCHOLARSHIPS AND AWARDS

The Maine State Science Fair is delighted to announce that college scholarships will be among the prizes awarded at the 2017 Fair.

The University of Maine and College of the Atlantic are partnering with MSSF to offer scholarships to meritorious students interested in attending one of these two institutions.  Scholarship details are provided below.

Scholarships will only be awarded to meritorious projects, at the discretion of the awarding institutions (UM and COA), and pending the evaluation of student projects.  Selection will be made as a component of the MSSF ‘Special Awards’.  Scholarships will not be awarded by default to the top winners in any given category.  Category awards and Grand Awards (Intel ISEF trip), will be judged and assigned independently of special awards including these scholarships.
