Endangered and Threatened Species Poster now available!

This beautiful new poster depicts the 51 native fish and wildlife species endangered or threatened in Maine. There is an identification key, plus additional habitat and background information about each species on the back of the poster. All proceeds from the sale of the poster will go directly to the Endangered and Nongame Wildlife Fund for endangered and threatened species (E/T) recovery in Maine.A teacher packet includes 3 Project WILD activities, aligned with Maine’s Learning Results, that will support and enhance the use of this poster by teachers, homeschoolers, and librarians. Project WILD is a hands-on wildlife and conservation activity guided filled with over 100 great activities.This project was made possible by a grant from the Maine Outdoor Heritage Fund.
