Introduction to Computer Science Fundamentals

Thinking about using Code.org’s free, K-5, Computer Science curriculum? Attend this learning series to walk through the curriculum format and experience lessons both from a student and teacher perspective. This is a free in-person event that includes a keynote speaker and networking opportunities at lunch with teachers from across New England attending the CS Summer of Fun week on campus, and is appropriate for any K-5 teacher (no experience necessary).

Did you know that you don’t need to have a degree in CS to introduce and encourage its use to your students? Try one of MMSA’s CT Bytes – a quick and easy lesson that introduces computational thinking into your elementary ELA classes!
