Details & FAQ
Hotel Booking & Discounts
Participants will receive a link in their registration confirmation email to book a room at The Westin Portland Harborview for a discounted rate starting at $109 for Thursday, March 12, 2026. This rate applies to rooms booked by February 12, 2026. Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Free Parking
For those parking at The Westin Portland Harborview, parking costs during the retreat will be covered by MMSA. Details will be sent to registered participants closer to the event.
Workshop Sessions
MMSA will share session information in December, and participants will be able to build their schedules starting in early to mid February.
Purchase Orders
When you register for the retreat, indicate that you would like your school or district to cover the cost using a purchase order. Download the STEM PD Retreat P.O. Information sheet to share with the person completing your purchase order.
Refund & Cancelation Policy
Full refunds will be available through March 2, 2026. No refunds will be offered after that date. In the event of inclement weather, MMSA reserves the right to either cancel the event or transition to a virtual format.
