Maine Mathematics & Science Alliance (MMSA) may, at times, obtain photographs or audio/video of attendees for use in print or electronic media for purposes of education, publicity and/or marketing. By participating in MMSA activities, attendees understand that MMSA will have the right to use these works without limitation or compensation.
Should an attendee NOT want to be photographed for these purposes, it is that attendee’s responsibility to inform an MMSA staff member and/or the photographer, and/or remove themself from the area where the photography is taking place. Failure to do so may result in MMSA’s inadvertent use of photographs or audio/video recordings of the attendee.
