Hotel Booking & Discounts

Participants will receive a link in their registration confirmation email to book a room at the Portland Sheraton at Sable Oaks for a discounted rate of $166 for Thursday, March 11, 2027. This rate applies to rooms booked by February 19, 2027. Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Free Parking

Participants can park for free at the Portland Sheraton at Sable Oaks. Details and directions will be sent to registered participants closer to the event.

Workshop Sessions

View the sessions plans to offer now! Participants will be able to build their schedules with 4 sessions starting in early to mid-February.

Purchase Orders

When you register for the retreat, indicate that you would like your school or district to cover the cost using a purchase order. Download the STEM PD Retreat P.O. Information sheet to share with the person completing your purchase order.

Registration Discounts

Registration for the 2027 retreat is $250 for educators and $100 for principals. A $25 "early bird" discount will automatically be applied to those registering for the educator sessions on or before January 19, 2027, for a total of $225. This discount does NOT apply to principals registering for sessions for school leaders.

Refund & Cancelation Policy

Full refunds will be available through March 1, 2027. No refunds will be offered after that date. In the event of inclement weather, MMSA reserves the right to either cancel the event or transition to a virtual format.
