Angela Lett is a nonprofit leader with more than 15 years of experience in organizational leadership, fundraising, communications, community engagement, and board development. Throughout her career, she has worked with nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and community partners to strengthen organizations, build relationships, and expand their impact.
Most recently, Angela served as Director of Development & Communications at the Eliot School of Fine & Applied Arts in Boston, where she led fundraising and communications strategy and partnered closely with the Executive Director and Board on organizational priorities. Previously, she served as Executive Director of Helping Hands: Monkey Helpers and held leadership and advancement roles with The Food Project, Boston Conservatory, Michigan State University, and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Angela also spent nearly three years as an Emergency Medical Technician with Boston EMS during the COVID-19 pandemic, an experience that deepened her appreciation for public service, science, and the importance of strong community institutions.
Her work has included strategic planning, organizational change, board governance, major gifts, institutional partnerships, advocacy, and the development of programs and systems that help organizations grow. She is especially interested in bringing people and organizations together around shared goals and creating opportunities for communities to thrive.
Angela was a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Boston Future Leaders cohort and served as a co-lead of the Linde Family Foundation Leadership Journey Learning Group, working with arts nonprofit leaders from across Greater Boston.
She is pleased to serve on the Board of the Maine Math & Science Alliance and support its work to expand access to engaging STEM learning opportunities and strengthen communities through education.
