August 10-13, 2020

Are you looking for NGSS-designed units to teach with or learn from? Are you looking for strategies, materials, and approaches that can be used in-person or during remote learning? During this virtual workshop we will explore four different open source NGSS-designed units, highlighting key NGSS strategies or techniques written into each unit. We will showcase how to transition these units to be taught in a variety of formats (in-person, in small groups, virtually, or asynchronously). Example units will be selected based on participant grade levels of subject areas (physical science, life science, earth and space science).
*Please register at least two weeks in advance to allow for adequate time to select units and mail supply kits. ... View Event
